Description of LayLax First Factory Picatinny Stock Base for M4 Buffer Tube
The LayLax First Factory Picatinny Stock Base for M4 Buffer Tube is designed to convert a rear Picatinny interface into a mounting system for M4 buffer tubes. The part attaches to a compatible Picatinny stock base or rear rail, allowing an M4 buffer tube and retractable stock to be installed while expanding the support, length and customisation options of the airsoft replica.
This Rail Stock Base can be combined with LayLax Picatinny Rear Stock Bases and other platforms equipped with a compatible rear Picatinny rail, including certain SIG Sauer ProForce MCX Virtus SBR configurations. It can also be used with dedicated LayLax bases for the Tokyo Marui MP7A1 AEP and MP7A1 GBB, converting these Picatinny adapters into an M4 buffer tube mounting system.
The stock base supports different M4 buffer tubes, including the LayLax Lightweight 12-Position M4 Stock Pipe and M4 Short Buffer Tube based on the Tokyo Marui AEG standard. Once a suitable buffer tube has been fitted, different compatible M4 retractable stocks can be used. The base securely holds the buffer tube to support a stable shooting position.
The buffer tube, stock and fixing screw are not included. Installation requires an M5 x P0.8 screw with a length suitable for the selected buffer tube. The screw must not protrude more than 5 mm from the end face of the tube, and some buffer tubes may have play or require adjustment during installation. Rail, buffer tube and stock compatibility should be checked before purchase.
