The set includes both the M4 buffer tube and the adapter required to secure it to the rail, providing a complete solution for converting a rear Picatinny interface into an M4 stock mounting system.
This buffer tube with Picatinny adapter can be installed on LayLax Picatinny Rear Stock Bases and other rear bases using the same rail size. It is suitable for platforms equipped with a rear Picatinny rail, including certain SIG MCX-style configurations, and for airsoft replicas converted with a compatible rear stock base.
It also allows dedicated LayLax Picatinny rear stock bases for the Tokyo Marui MP7A1 AEP or MP7A1 GBB to be combined with an M4 stock.
